Why settle for something mass produced when you can have a piece of bespoke millinery created especially for you?

Your piece of bespoke millinery begins with a free design consultation in my studio. I’ll ask you to bring along your outfit, any accessories you already have (to help with colour matching); and a friend that you trust to give you an honest opinion on the hats and fascinators you’re trying on.

We’ll start with a chat over a cup of tea or coffee to discuss the type of event you’re going to, the look you’re hoping to achieve and a sense of what types of hats and fascinators you like. Then we’ll have some fun trying on hats and work towards identifing your perfect style and shape. I truly believe that everyone has a hat/fascinator style that is just perfect for them and we sometimes need to try on a lot of hats to find it.

Once you’ve decided on the style of hat, we can decide on the colour palette we’re going to use to make the hat, what trimmings you want and how you’re going to wear it on your head. Will it need to be attached to a hairband, have hat elastic or combs?

At this point I’ll give you a price for your hat or fascinator and if you’re happy to have me create a unique piece for you I’ll take a small deposit from you to book your work in the diary. The balance is due when the hat is collected. Prices for my bespoke work starts from £150
